Debbie Choy, Career Coach
Debbie is a career coach specializing in helping people find the “hidden job market”, which refers to the 80% of jobs that are never posted. She works with mid-career changers, people re-entering the workforce after time away, and professionals who want to manage their careers more proactively.
Debbie has 15 years of corporate experience at Fortune 100 companies, where she led recruiting teams to interview, hire, and mentor new employees. She has a Stanford MBA, and graduated cum laude from Vassar College.
In addition, Debbie is Managing Editor and co-founder of ALIST Magazine, an Asian American business magazine. She oversees a team of six staff writers and writes a column called “Women At Work” for the website. She speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
Debbie is a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches, and serves as an Ambassador for the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. Her passion is helping people find a career they love.
